Acceptance and eligibility

These terms govern your use of ELOMA. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Minimum age: [MINIMUM AGE — TO CONFIRM]. You must have legal capacity to agree and meet any published eligibility requirements. Where parental consent is legally required, the applicable process must be completed before use.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep account access secure and update your details when necessary. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Tell support@eloma.cc promptly if you suspect misuse. Do not impersonate anyone or create accounts to evade restrictions.

Our role and your safety

ELOMA is a platform for organising and participating in football. Unless expressly stated, ELOMA is not the venue owner, coach, referee or organiser of a game. You are responsible for deciding whether to participate, assessing your fitness, following venue rules and using suitable equipment. Football involves risks, including injury. Use your own judgement and seek medical advice if needed. This does not exclude any duty or liability ELOMA has under applicable law.

Joining and organising games

Check game details, Level expectations, location and any organiser requirements before joining. Attend on time and communicate changes promptly. Organisers are responsible for accurate game information, necessary venue permissions, communicating arrangements and managing their games fairly. A game listing is not a guarantee of attendance, availability, quality or suitability.

Cancellations and changes

Games may be changed or cancelled by organisers or venues. Check the applicable cancellation terms before joining, especially where charges apply. Organisers should notify affected players promptly. ELOMA does not promise replacement games or compensation for changes unless required by law or expressly agreed.

Results, Level and feedback

Submit honest results and use available confirmation or correction features in good faith. Level and related indicators are estimates that may change based on results, feedback and product development. They are not guarantees of ability or balanced games. Do not manipulate results, collude, abuse feedback or retaliate against players. Contact support to raise a genuine concern.

Content and community conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ELOMA a non-exclusive licence to host, display and process that content as needed to operate and improve the service, subject to privacy law. Only submit content you have the right to share. Do not post unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, abusive, misleading or privacy-infringing material. Treat players with respect, follow safeguarding and venue rules and report concerns. ELOMA may moderate content and investigate reports. It cannot guarantee that all users or content are checked in advance. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.

Payments and refunds, if applicable

Payment features are not confirmed by these terms. Where introduced, prices, fees, payment roles, cancellation rules and refund arrangements must be disclosed before you commit. Additional terms may apply. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. A refund is not promised solely because a game result or Level is disappointing.

Availability and changes to the service

We aim to provide a useful service but cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free availability. Maintenance, outages and feature changes may occur. We may update or withdraw features for operational, legal or security reasons and will give reasonable notice where appropriate. We will respect applicable consumer rights.

Intellectual property

The ELOMA name, software, website design and other platform materials belong to ELOMA or its licensors. You may use the service for its intended purpose. Do not copy, resell, scrape, interfere with security or reverse-engineer the service except where the law permits it.

Suspension, termination and account closure

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address breaches, fraud, abuse, safety concerns or legal obligations. Where appropriate we will explain the reason and provide a way to query the decision. Serious or urgent cases may require action without advance notice. You may stop using the service and request account closure through available account tools or support. Retention of information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Liability and disclaimers

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee the conduct of other users, venue safety, sporting outcomes or the accuracy of every listing. Your statutory consumer rights remain in force.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons. We will give appropriate notice of material changes. If a change materially disadvantages you, applicable consumer protections continue to apply. Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE].
